Terms and conditions.
The following terms and conditions apply to Shark Rescue Business Network (SRBN) membership products and/or services.
- In order to qualify for a Shark Rescue Business Network (SRBN) membership, only a qualified representative from an organization may enroll in SRBN. Any enrolment made by a non-qualified representative is a breach of these terms and it is then up to Shark Rescue and/or Sigei Media's discretion to exchange or refund payment.
- Annual membership fees are due in full upon joining SRBN OR on the anniversary of joining OR on the anniversary of the Member's SRBN specific local-city launch.
- All Members are bound by the SRBN Action Principles, and are expected to uphold the spirit of these Action Principles. A Member found to be in breach of these Action Principles forfeits their membership, and future action will be left up to the discretion of Shark Rescue or Sigei Media's representatives.
- Registration and payment to the SRBN is an explicit acceptance of the terms and conditions of membership.
- Annual membership fees are due in full on joining SRBN OR on the anniversary of joining OR on the anniversary of the Member's SRBN specific local-city launch. If a member does not pay their membership fees, they will cease to be an SRBN Member and may be removed from the SRBN active member database.
- Failure to pay will result in membership being lapsed on the last day of the individual’s renewal month and all membership benefits will cease. If a membership does lapse, that Member must not use any SRBN designation or claim to be a member of the SRBN.
- SRBN does not provide refunds on membership fees.
- SRBN memberships are non-transferable.
- All unexpected costs incurred by SRBN in the processing of membership fees will be charged back to the member. Such costs include, but are not limited to, bounced cheques fees and related bank charges.
- Shark Rescue and Sigei Media reserves the right to change or cancel programs, schedules or other terms and conditions of membership without prior notice.
- In the case of any dispute, the decision of Shark Rescue and Sigei Media is final.

Rising as a good corporate citizen places an organization in a new light. Hence, we've adopted a 'momentum strategy', allowing all our Members the benefit of stepping forward together and leading together.
For each city we are launching, we will first build the local network to at least 100 members before actively promoting that city network. Once we reach each milestone, we will come forward with a public launch.
All membership start dates commence one month after members have signed on, and after we held the public launch of their local network.

Upon confirmed payment of the Membership Fee, we will send you:
+ Shark Rescue Business Network Action Principles certificate, which members are encouraged to display for their customers or partners.
+ A ‘boilerplate’ pack that includes blurbs that Members may use to explain a Member’s commitment and reasoning behind shark and marine conservation.
+ Three window-display decals, which Members are encouraged to use in order to attract the most new business and make the most of their membership.
+ Digital files for print and online marketing purposes.
+ Branding guidelines that explain how the SRBN artwork may/may not be used.
